The (MiS)Education of the Young Miss Cassie Jonze
by Cris Eli Blak
Play, 3f 1m
After her twin sister is murdered by campus police while rehearsing for a school performance of "Romeo & Juliet," college senior Cassie Jonze is forced to navigate her grief and anger while feeling like the world seemingly moves on without any acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Through conversations with friends and a young adjunct professor, moments of verse, and a little Shakespeare, she may learn how to get through the darkness and step into a new light.
